He has extensive experience in Wills, Estates and trusts and is co-author of the chapters on 'Executors' and 'Family Arrangements' in the NZ Forms and Precedents. John has represented the Trustee Corporations Association at Parliamentary Select Committee hearings on new legislation including the new Wills Act.
This session will cover some of the practical aspects of planning for death. What is essential in a Will and what can be included in a Will. How can a Will be attacked and how can that be avoided. |
